apex programming kalk stirrer

I have a kalk stirrer, it uses a peristaltic pump to put kalk into the tank. I want it to drip from 11 pm to 11 am. I also want it to shut off if the sump pH goes over 8.2. Here is how I have it programmed... but it seems to just run 24 hours no matter what. I tried adding the third line to make it shut off after 11 am, but, it is still staying in the ON position, now at 12:51 pm. The sump pH is 8.01.

Fallback OFF
If pH-smp > 8.20 then OFF
If Time 23:00 to 11:00 then ON
If Time 11:01 to 22:59 then OFF

Which outlet are you using? On the older EB8, you have to use #4 or #8 for low power draw equipment. Or, try adding Set OFF as the second line.

I am using outlet 3 on a new energy bar.

I'll try the Set OFF idea... then moving to FOUR

Also set your ph line as the last line. The apex turns the outlet on or off based on the last true statement.
