Can anyone tell me what this means?

What is disp-1 and how do I fix?

I don't believe anything is unplugged.

Do you have the Neptune display module? Grey box I think with orange LCD? I have not connected mine as of yet, but I would guess that's it.

And the Neptune doser underneath. I believe everything is working. But I can't get the alarm to go away

Requires attention, Likely an update. Go to the Grid and click on Display. You will see a box that says

Click on settings star. Them go to configuration on the right and go to " Update Software"

No I bought it new have had it hooked up and running for little over year maybe 2
Yeah I had the same issue but mine was used. It was saying it was missing a display and another EB8. Id contact Neptune. I mean it’s not hurting anything just a little annoying to keep seeing a “false alarm”

If you don’t have a display, it is giving an error because it thinks it has one and can’t connect. You can click on it and then change the drop down to delete.

That makes sense. I did what the other guy said and still had it. I will try this.

Dang. 5+ years with apex products and I had no idea this was an option! Learn something new :)

Any time a new module is connected to an Apex, the Apex adds it to its internal inventory of devices and assigns it an AquaBus address. It remembers this device even after it's been disconnected. Just last year Neptune updated Fusion with a new feature to report an error any time the Apex detects a previously connected module is no longer connected.

My guess is that Neptune temporarily attaches a Display module for QA testing at the factory before boxing up the Apex, and now new units are reporting this module is missing due to the recent Fusion feature addition.

The easy fix is to simply go to the list of Modules in Fusion, click the "missing" module, then select Delete from the Action dropdown menu to remove it. This will remove the device from the Apex inventory and the error will go away.
