I am still learning my APEX, can you program it so you can turn off your return pump and skimmer at the same time. I am wanting my skimmer to turn off when I turn my return pump off for feeding.

Yes - if they're connected to a Neptune power bar outlet (EB832, etc.) Here's what I have configured for my skimmer:
Fallback ON
Set ON
If FeedA 000 Then ON
If FeedB 000 Then ON
If FeedC 000 Then ON
If FeedD 000 Then OFF
Defer 002:00 Then ON
If you want to automatically have it turn off when the pump outlet is also off, add this code above the first "If Feed.." line:
If Output < insert outlet name here > = OFF Then OFF
Fallback ON

If FeedB 000 Then ON
If FeedC 000 Then ON
If FeedD 000 Then OFF
