Apex reading 10.32v

Depends on the drivers.
inventronics can handle up to 12v
Meanwell is 10v I wonder if bill knows how much over it can go
 
It will be fine as I have the same deal going on with mine. These meanwells are bullet proof, I have sent 120v AC into the 10v DC side and into the output side.

It shouldn't be an issue. But, to be safe, you can just run your LEDs at a maximum of 97% (=10.01V).

CJO is right.

I measured mine at 10.78vdc and its not an issue with the Inventronics or TR Drivers. With the Meanwells it's not a bad idea to dial back the Profile to 96 or 97% max.
