I have recently purchased 2 radion and 2 mp40wqd and a reeflink. I haven't installed any of it yet waiting for tank overhaul in a few weeks. Been thinking about adding an apex and I have a few questions.

Are the items more controllable with reeflink and ecotech live or apex and apex fusion?

If reeflink is better can I use reeflink and still plug into apex to a always on outlet unless have issue temp issue then turn that outlet off?

Been doing a lot of reading and have not found anyone doing this.

ReefLink and Apex are two different systems. From what I have read you have to purchase the Apex module to run Ecotech products on Apex. I currently have my Mp40 plugged into the power bar and use the power bar to turn the pump off and on for maintenance. I use Ecosmart/reeflink to make adjustments to the pump. I just have one pump and really do not need to control the pump that much. My suggestion would be go with the Apex and control everything from one place for multiple devices.

I was doing some research on came across you post

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately I have not been able to determine if either one does more than the other. Most published information makes it look like reeflink may offer a little more controllability but looks like apex will do most of the same just clear if will do all.
