Today we switched from Mediacom to Google fiber, and new router and network. So of course Fusion cannot find the network. I can't remember what I need to do to reconnect . Help??

Have you put a paper clip in the reset button on the back? It’s gonna delete all your stuff but it does a factory restore and then you gotta program it all again.

Wait what? You have start over if your network changes? That can’t be right or sane.

How did you get to the place in Fusion to change your sign in and password? I assume that's what needs to be done, but can't find it.

I agree - I don't think one needs to start all over, but I can't get to a network page in Fusion to make changes.

Is the apex connected by wifi or ethernet cable?

So - one of the units has the blue status light, so it is in WIFI access mode. What do I do next?
Hold it down until red and attempt connection
There should be you tube videos also

The way I hooked up my apex to wifi is just though Ethernet it was super easy just plug it in and it pretty much worked. I did not want to factory reset my apex because I got the tank all together and the apex was already set up and I did not want to mess it up.

I would hardwire ANYTHING that can be... wifi is simply not reliable.
Crap- I lost conversation on a noopsyche and was intended for that person

We resolved the problem. Google fiber defaults to 5 ghz wifi, and Apex runs on 2.4 ghz wifi. Rather than do other changes to get a port on Google fiber at 2.4 ghz, we switched out to our old modem which was already set up for 2.4 ghz. Thanks for all the feedback.
