APEX System Down

Anyone else having a problem with their apex. My entire system is down. It’s not recognizing any modules and all EB8’s are flashing.

Unplug and plug back in. It wont lose memory
What version is it- 2016 or Classic ?

There is also on the back of the EB932 a red button. Press that then unplug and plug back in

Found the issue. Really corroded wire that runs into the basement that connects the saltwater tank to the fresh tank and then the main unit. Thanks for your help!
