Apex temp control fan

I am having a difficult time trying to make my fans work on auto according to temp if I set them to a light control they will work on auto if I try heater they want turn on auto even chiller is there a way to make them turn on once tank temp reach a certain temp I tried a few things am I missing something tank temp at 79.5 I want fan to turn on at 79 and off at 80
