Apex Text Alarm setup

I need help with setting up my apex text alarm. I want it to text me if my tank hits 81 or if my tank hits 77. I thought I did it right but when I turn it on, it texts me every hour. I need help. Whats the proper programming?

Change the first line of the program to Set OFF. That will set it to the normal state, and only turn it on if your temperature conditions are met.
