Apex Text Alerts

Is anyone else not getting text alerts from the apex? I’m only getting app notifications that my Ph is low but no text messages. Removed the phone and added it again and I am not receiving a code to verify either.

Not saying that you are dumb, but little stupid things get me all the time. Is you alerts virtual outlet in the on position?

Come to think of it all last week I was messing with my apex probes while cleaning my sump and I got emails but never a text.

I have AT&T and I’m in the same boat.

I started to get alerts but like 3o minutes after the app notifications.

Nothing here and I know I should be getting alerts as I’ve been having night time PH drops below my alarm level.

I noticed about a week or so ago that I was getting text alerts much later than the app notifications.
This was new behavior. I wasn't sure if it was due to something with Neptune's server, or my service provider AT&T.
Decided to get rid of text alerts entirely and just go with the app notifications.

Try again. Mine are coming in much faster now.
