Apex trident B test fail.

Hi
Got a used apex had to clear the inlet line and outlet line to get it to work. It worked great for 2 days now im getting a test B fail. Alk is still working. I checked all the lines on the manifold ,bottle is half full. Pickup tube is still attached. Not sure whats going on with it ?
Anyone else have have any other ideas ?

Something to check is pressing the manual release on each of the pinch valves. Sometimes they get stuck.
