The trident boxes came with recalibration fluid in white bottles

I followed the instructions on apex fusion panel to recalibrate

I then restarted the trident and primed the fluids.

I also checked for kinks

My reading was 0 so once I did those steps it came back 475 on the high side but was accurate with manual test

If you get weird readings and the reagents are full, check if the vial is consistently filling.

Open the drawer then gently pull down on the top panel. It will pull down and off to expose the vial.
Click the trident gear icon, choose configure.
From the drop down for prime, choose sample.
Download.
Watch the cycle. Take note of the height that the vial is filled.
Repeat with reagent A, B and C.
The vial should fill the same amount each time.

My Apex Trident is giving me a bad CA range reading?

Neptune supports is putting me through the ringer with steps , now they want me to take the cover off the unit to see the Culvette and take a 40 minute video and upload it to YouTube and send it to them. It is literally becoming more of a headache to own the Trident in my experience. I asked Neptune if i can just send the unit in for a check on it. I find that much easier than all the back and forth with emails, uploads, etc and now record a video, this is crazy.
Mine was doing the same thing. Contacted Neptune and was advised to check the solenoids. The one for Ca was stuck. A replacement as sent out.
