APEX TRIDENT Issues... leaking reagent. Help!

Setup my new Trident a few weeks back. Worked like a champ at first. Now all of the sudden the waste line is not spitting out the waste and instead it’s spilling into my cabinet. I have tried everything!!
1) check all line connections
2) use syringe with rodi to ensure lines weren’t clogged
3) primed all lines
4) unattached and reattached the usb
5) check lines weren’t kinked.
Still spitting up and leaking... ugghh. Any ideas what to do??

Sounds like a warranty repair.

I would contact Neptune. Sounds like something is cracked to me.
I would not go to far as you could void your warranty.

I assume you have opened it up.....can you tell where it is coming from? If you haven't already, I would remove the waste line and reattach (which can be difficult without using a small set of needle nose pliers). I see you already pushed water through the line which would be another thing I would check. There really isn't a lot to them....hopefully you can tell where the leak is coming from. If you do end up opening a ticket with Neptune, they will have you open it up anyways and take pictures.

i didnt unscrew or open it. Is Neptune open? They are out of stock on everything everywhere..

The support should be.
The lack of products should have no bearing on that.

Yes, their support is open. They are taking calls from home based on what I read. Neptune if most likely going to have you open it up anyways. If you have any mechanical ability I would take the cover off and take a look....most likely the line either has come off or split.
