Anyone else having issues with their Trident? Readings skyrocket and go wonky when reagents under 20-25% full, especially calcium (normally 435). I asked Apex a few months ago about this. They had no answer but were aware of the problem. Pretty frustrating. I'll have to call Apex again.

I posted on the ASKBRS Facebook group and they turned off commenting. That's something that Red Seas Facebook group would do. At least they don't ban ya. Two companies making money off each other so I can see why they want to squash it. But why not fix the issue?

PS a ton of users came forward with the same issue. See below.

I ordered those put those in but sometimes having issues when called Neptune about this they just said it might accidentally have sucked up air so yeah not much help but those 3D prints only work for the tiny drifting it does not the spikes I’m still having those with them

It would be very cool if Neptune stepped up and sent these out to all the trident users. Being how much we paid and the consistency of errors we get when the reagents get low

Never going to happen though...

Would be nice if they had designed a system that drew from the bottom of the bottle with no needles or Anything. This would have avoided the issues entirely until the bottle was completely empty.

Havent had an issue issue since I installed the guide. Details in my build thread.

This is my tank with the needle no water change and running a ato with NO DOS

Modded

Upper pulley, headers, Intake, cam. It’s my 4th V, they have a place in my heart. I’m back to looking for a coupe to build one out again to go crazy.
