Apex updated today now my energy bar is clicking on and off... is it the update or is it just a p.o.s. replacing everything every couple years is a joke with the price I paid for everything

I updated and had zero issues.

Do you have the EB8/4 or EB832?

Did you check to see if an update is available for the EB832?

I updated again and nothing... worked fine until the update..

I did notice that the Trident needed updating after the AOS update...

Is the entire unit turning on and off or just 1 of the outlets on it?

It controls skimmer and lights and the are just pulsing on off. Than stays off guessing it's resetting than starts again

Maybe try unplugging the EB832 from the wall outlet and wait 30 seconds then plug back in.

Do you have the EB832 plugged into a surge protector and then the surge protector into the wall outlet?

It's all plugged into surge protector and battery backup...

Assuming nothing is wrong with the UPS, I suggest reaching out to Neptune support.

I have always emailed them and they get back quickly, even on weekends.
