Hey guys, picked up a wav pack. And cannot get the apex to display both pumps. Just one. Both are on and seem to be following the set speeds. But how do I get it so I can individually program each one? Have read the set up, but am obviously missing something!

BUMP

Maybe ask in the sponsor forum?

In fusion, click on the little lock icon at the top and scroll through the hidden modules to find your missing WAV pump, then drag it down into your active tiles, then click on the lock icon again to go back to normal.

Weird thing is, only one shows up. But both pumps are running. But can only see one in fusion. Either by expanding the boxes to see the wav, or hidden icons. Not sure if there just running on a fall back default or what

Try to click on the gear icon at the top, then click on the module icon (the one circled below)

That will show all of the modules attached to the apex. Let me know if you see two WAV pumps or just one.

Appears just like this. Says disconnected now. But they are still on. I have also re set the 1link, updated, updated the wav. Power bar is plugged into wall, those were the troubleshooting errors that seemed to be most common. Both pumps are on tho. Just cannot see the second one.

Yeah, something definitely doesn’t seem right there. I’d double check all the connections and make sure that the 1 link power supply is connected and has power. Maybe try the WAV pumps in another port. But if nothing else works you’ll probably have to contact neptune support. They tend to reply pretty quickly.

Have some what narrowed it down. I reset everything and re updated 1link, then 1 wav, works great then says connected. I set the pump up. As soon as I connect the second wav, it says disconnected on the original wav, second one doesn’t show up. But both are on and seem to be working with the setting of the first wav

Something seems wrong with that second WAV then. What happens if you connect the second one first?

I would open a support ticket with Neptune. They are quick to respond and normally can walk you through to a fix!
