HI, a few months back I got my first apex (Entry Level). I learned to program it through various tutorials and set up a few alarms, however, I had to turn them off since I was cycling my tank with raised temperatures and didn't want emails that my tmp was too high. My cycle just finished yesterday so I lowered my temperature back to normal, put my heaters on auto and turned my alarms back on. About 3 hours later I started receiving emails and alarms in 1-hour intervals from apex fusion saying. Did I program something wrong or am I missing something please help!

Status: ON

Statement: Alarm is off

Log into your fusion and click the bell in top left corner then click the event it pulls up and post that here. It should show why alarm is on. From that point we correct it

I had this issue and found the resolution in the guide below, there is something that probably isn't configured right in your code alerts. Post the code if you can get to it in fusion.

Click the settings button on the email switch and post what is in there. Also that email switch needs to be in the auto position So it will follow the code that is written for it

You said you "turned my alarms back on". Does that mean you set the EmailAlm slider to "ON"? If so, that's the reason you're getting hourly notifications. Instead, the slider needs to be set to AUTO so the programming actually controls when it's On or Off.
