I'm building a new tank in my office and have an apex however city hall will not allow me to connect it to the secured network. If I connect through a mobile Hotspot on my phone for all the programming will it run as intended(programed when it's disconnected from the Hotspot? I realize I won't get notifications and that's ok as long as everything follows its schedule and fallback.

It will run just fine without internet once set up
