Oh I just went through this. First make sure that switch that is configured to to correct probe. Find your modules, hit the fmm . 6784F602-1986-4EA9-BC3E-3ED39E962A40.png
Then make sure the switches are configured to the right probes (optical, leak) send that to the apex if changed.

By default the switch shows:
OPEN when DRY
CLOSED when WET.

If you want to flip this, an get alerts when its dry. Program your alerts like I did here for the MOS (magnetic optical sensor).

Your the best thank you

To get there in fusion, hit the gears icon to reveal the icon that looks like a fmm and is called “modules”
This is what I get no way to configure swx1_2 nor is it listed anywhere but I'm thinking it's my leak detector the new one apex cam out with

The fmm port is associated with the “2” digit part of your swx1_2 code. I believe your apex comes with 4 fmm ports. Just make sure that each port is set to the correct probe. So optical sensors are configured as optical, and leak configured as water on floor.

next, you need to program your alarm. Go to Fusion. It should be a tile in fusion by default and look like “EMAILALM1_5”, unless you moved it. You can check if it being unused by hitting the lock icon, that will reveal your unused tiles.

I honestly think my fmm is no good I changed the (swx1_2) too LDS1_2 but it still gives me the code swx1_2>1 the on I've gone In to my alarms as well

Line 2 and 5 are identical which I don’t think you want. Try changing that, I think redundant lines can do weird things to the program.

I’m not sure where the “<“ is coming from. What is plugged in to swx1_1? Is that the suspected LD3? The only things that a less than sign > would be used for are like temp, PH, the liquid level sensor (which I also see was throwing codes) But Those are preset unless coded for something different and I’m not seeing any “>” signs in your code. Weird.

Im not sure why its throwing that alert. I’m new to apex and reefing in general, but I did just go through a headache with the switches and thought I might be able to help. Maybe open a ticket with neptune? I’ve had good experiences with their support.
