ApexEL No Fusion/No Local Connection

The power went off for a few seconds last night. Since then my ApexEL no longer works with fusion and no longer connects to the router and in turn means I can't login locally. It is hardwired. Here is a list of things I've already tried:

Using reset button... doesn't work
Power cycle the ApexEL
Unplugged and plugged back in the network cable on both apex and router
Reboot router
Power cycle router
Tried another port on router
Tried a different network cable
Updated firmware on router

The ApexEL, DOS, Trident all seem to still work fine, I just can't connect to it at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
