400 feet down? That's some serious gear and training. I want no part of that. Pretty fish though. Interesting that it's in the Atlantic.

Yes, that is some serious gear and training. Rebreather at a minimum... Even then the risk is huge. I've heard a few not making it up from a 230 foot dive in Monterey. I'll stick to recreational/advanced diving and keep her around 114 - 130 and pass on this fish.
 
Pretty but probably from that depth would not do well in a highly lit reef.
It's may fall into the category of something like the borbonius anthias(witch are found from 300 to 1000 feet).. They like the hide, aren't as much light loving either. Also have the decompression issues that come with fish at that depth. Who knows, hopefully they get a full understanding on these fish. Would be a pleasure to see one make it to the hobby.
