API Calcium Test Kit

This is the cheapest one I could find, but is it a decent test kit?

Yup. It's always within 10 of my red sea or salifert and is pretty accurate when you check the test kit shootout threads. The only downside is you go through the second part pretty quickly. I prefer to use the red sea for my calcium, but this is one of the few APIs that isn't a poor product.

It is OK. Is it really cheaper than Salifert which are about $15 shipped on eBay? I dunno, have not used API in decades, so sorry for the question. Salifert is a better kit and probably worth a few bucks more.

I just got the API at Petco, so we'll see how it turns out.

Somewhat unreliable and best for nano system. Seems to have false readings with larger tanks. Buy the best and pass the test
