The results for my tank are reading the same after being cycled for about two weeks now. Should I add more good bacteria?

Following along. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks for my cycle. Been going back and forth between.25 and .50 ammonia, 0 nitrites, 8 for PH, and 10-20 nitrates for over a week with almost zero change. I’ve been considering more bacteria, but I used live sand, small bag of precycled media, a rock from my 4 year old tank, and a cup of sand from the same tank.
