Well, my boys got me this for Christmas! The tank showed up on Christmas Eve but the stand did not. Which is kinda odd as Aquarium Specialty sent the tank, stand and skimmer at the same time. Anyways, the stand should arrive this afternoon. I can't wait to put it all together and have it running. I will update this OP as much as I can but lets get to the pics.

Un-boxing from Main Box.

Not bad Packaging from Aquarium Specialty.

As you can see the box has been open to be inspected. (Original Tape Seal been Tampered)

Opened the Box and saw the Skim-Mate in the tank wrapped in Bubble Wrap.

Tank out of the Box and Arrived safely with minor flaws...

Skim-Mate (Hopefully, Aquarium Specialty let me exchange for an IM Reactor 7301)

Today is not a great day

The stand showed up but it is damaged!

This is not a good start when removing the panels.

I am about to send Aquarium Specialty an email about this issue. They are closed today due to holiday...

Michael from Aquarium Specialty just emailed me on their day off! Hopefully, we can get this resolved ASAP.

I decided to semi install the stand up to see where the damages will be shown. From the pics below its not even worth putting together... :/

Here is the cosmetic damage on the Lip and Adapter for the nozzle and return line.

Called Aquarium Specialty today and talked to them about my stand. Seems like they have one more in-stock and gonna open it to see there isn't anything damage on that stand before shipping out the replacement. Hopefully, all is well, I want to set this up NOW! The temptation is so bad right now...

I have repackaged the stand and is ready for pickup!

Yesterday, UPS came by and picked up the damaged stand and now to play the waiting game until the new stand is delivered.

Since, I gave my aunty my IM Nuvo 8 for Christmas it is time to break down the tank. I also setup my Frag Tank until the 30L is up and running

Setting up the new Frag Tank.

Swapped over a intank filter and 50w Jager Heater

Installed the XR15w Pro.

Nuvo 8 Tear down and RBTA is only one left to take out...

Removing Live Rock and snails.

Frags and Clownfish are happy in the new temp tank.

FedEx just dropped off my Apex today.

Well, its been one week from the original delivery date of the Stand and nothing. I would expected more effort in making contact with me and give me updates on the new stand. I have sent Michael @ Aquarium Specialty 2 emails since our phone call conversation Monday! For my friends spending $928 and $54 for oversize shipping charges would expect better service. I know it was the holidays and all but at-least reply to emails and let me know what is going on...

They have lost me on future orders (I was planning on getting some Bio-Tek Marine Aquascape.) It is really sad to not get the service your friends paid for...

My order from inTank and BRS that I placed 12/26/14 has arrived!

My friends was in Houston, Tx today and dropped by my favorite LFS there. I told him I was looking for some Scoly and this is what I picked out

Michael @ Aquarium Specialty told my friend to call him back tomorrow to see the status of the new stand. Apparently, they haven't ship a replacement yet and waiting to receive the damage one back. This could be days or weeks to come

It has been almost 1 week since UPS has picked up the Damage Stand. They should have shipped the replacement stand ASAP when I called them last week.

Well my friend made it home after coming back from Houston, Tx picking up my corals for me and acclimated in his tank until my 30L is up and running...

So today my friend called Michael at Aquarium Specialty and he said it is shipping out today with tracking number. So we are waiting on tracking number but nothing yet.... So basically almost 2 weeks and nothing...

I just picked up the Nano Power Pack, 2 Part Dose CAL and ALK, and HC GFO. We will see how this work out

I am pretty excited to try out the Zeo Stuff. I am still debating to do the ZEOvit Rocks and to make it a full system. Anyone has experience in this and have some info please enlighten me!

My 2 XR15w Pro came in yesterday

Also got 25g worth of Saltwater

So hopefully, I get my stand before Wednesday of next week so I can set it all up before I go to Denver for a Boarding Trip.

Today my friend called Michael @ Aquarium Specialty to get some update on the stand and tracking number. He told us to call him back at 3pm as he was to busy doing inventory. I tried calling back at 4:53pm his time and my call went straight to voicemail. I have shipped the Skimmer and email Michael the tracking and request for exchange for a Tunze Streamfilter and Red Sea Reef Testing Kit. Hopefully, he honor his word as so far we have been getting crappy service. We have to call him all day and everyday to get some kind of update. It has been 2 weeks and 1 day and no replacement stand yet!!!

*Rant Over*

My BRS Dosing Pump and IM Desktop Skimmer has arrived.

Now, I pretty much have all the goodies that I will need to setup this tank if it ever happens. If this doesnt get resolved by this week. I will be looking for another place to order a tank and stand. I will more likely order from BRS or MarineDepot for the new setup.

Well, still not tracking and Michael at Aquarium Specialty promise us he will shortly forward the tracking but still nothing. He claims that he sent the email that included the tracking and so on for the replacement stand. Only email I received from Michael was saying he will resend it shortly...

Here is proof...

We are tried of playing games. We will take necessary precautions with the CC company and legal action.

Woot! My new tank and stand is arriving tomorrow from Dr. Smith and Foster...

After, 5 weeks I got a tracking number from Michael @ Aquarium Specialty. I quicky responded to Michael and told him. To keep his product and refund me on the whole order. Then he responded to me its to late. I will hate that I will have to RTS but I will do if I have too...
