I know they are somewhat free swimmers, in my 15 gallon im getting a nem and a porcelain crab, in addition to a feather duster (Ill feed live phyto) and court jester. Will they eat those pods as a good suplemental food source? should I go with another species?

Any live food is a gamble. They may or may not.

I think the goby will eat them - Another eater of pods are the small “PyGmY”/nano wrasses. Others include:
Dragonets
Pipefish.
In that tank size I’d go for the Wrasse (Possums or Pinkstreak)

Oh, Im not looking for a pod eater, Im looking to see if my fish like those pods

I'm unsure of your posts questions, and your replys are very confusing,. -1 on reaction as very contridicting
Good luck

I think you mean frozen - Every fish will eat live if given the chance.
Live
Not all fish will attack live although it’s the best enticed for finicky fish.
Generally it will be the ones that have gill flukes , or unknown disease which contributes to loss of appetite.
Velvet and brook are examples

In general, are these pods a good size for them? (duster doesn't really count)
Should be. Keep in mind- poss move quickly like wind up toys

I thought you were, my mistake - Yes, your goby will most likely eat them. The feather and porcelain crab are both filter feeders and the nem will probably eat chunks of frozen that pass by. My two gobies seem to love pods (Yasha goby and Black Clown Goby), my yasha I’m pretty sure lived on pods for a month or two.

The fish that aren’t known planktivores will gladly accept live unless in serious condition. Anything else will ignore it yes, but I have 4 planktivores and all of them eat live.
