I'm new to the forum, but I just wanted to convey my recent experience with Apollo Reef LED and their excellent customer service!

Last Summer, I had purchased 2 Solarblast 5000 UVs from Apollo Reef to put over a 75 gallon reef tank. I used an Apex to dim and turn the lights on and off. They had worked flawlessly until several weeks ago when one light started having flickering white LEDs so I sent an email to Apollo Reef, which Joe answered in less than an hour! He personally called me to ask questions and try to help me solve my problem with the flickering white LEDs. We decided it would be best to send the light to him to check out. To my surprise, he found nothing wrong with it and shipped it back to me, but when I hooked it up, there was the flickering still. I called Joe and he replaced the light free of charge, no questions asked! After some trial and error and to make a long story short, the culprit was the Apex being over taxed and the guys at Neptune Systems recommending I buy a VDM to split the load on the V1/V2 and V3/V4 jacks. I also recently purchased a Dim4 module from Apollo Reef... it works great and is SUPER easy to program, much easier than an Apex! I'm not knocking Apex controllers at all... they are a wonderfully handy product with great customer service as well!

I have to give credit where credit is due! Joe and the guys at Apollo Reef LED provide outstanding customer service and stand behind their product 110%!!! After personally using their products, I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! I certainly wish Joe and the guys great success and that they are in business for a long time! Currently a 225 gallon reef tank is in the works and I'll definitely be purchasing more LED lighting from Apollo Reef LED for my lighting needs. I can't say enough good things about them!

Always our pleasure!
