Appear from nowhere

I just noticed these 2 things started to show up in my tank today? Don't know what they are and my tank been up 2 months. Got aiptasia when the tank was cycling, and killed them. but this doesn't look like aiptasia.

The other is long hairs showing up on sand and under rocks.

Aiptasia.... eeew peppermint shrimp can munch them. Some aren't fond of the peppermint. Id take the rock out and scrape n rinse it off best as possible as they are super pests you'll get it

How did I get spaghetti worm? And way to remove it?

The tentacles on the aiptasia look more like spider legs. Is it still a type of aiptasia?

Theres many different varieties of appys. Thats definately one. And spaghetti worms eat left over food and fish waste so they are beneficial.
