Just saw this guy poke his head out of a small piece of live rock.

Before I kill it with fire (j/k) can I get someone to confirm this is what I think it is?

Thought so, thanks for confirming! It explains why my maxi-mini abandon this rock so quickly after putting him in the tank, it must have been under him.

It retreated back into the rock when I tried to remove it, so I just tossed the rock (it’s small and not worth it).

Hopefully it didn’t spread before it revealed itself!
