Aptasia and Zoa's

Ok so looking my newly aquired frags I notice there are 2 Apt in the middle of the colony. I've trolling around looking for the best way to get rid of them. i was thinking of uses Joe's juice but am worried it will burn my Zoas as well, any ideas or stuff that's work for you.

Inject them using a syringe. You can probably inject them with lugols and it would make them dissolve instantly.

iv used JJ for apt in the middle of my zoa frags and they were fine but you just have to make sure you only get enough for the apt to consume and dont get much on the zoa itself

Whelp, appears we have been sucessful. With no ill affects to the Zoas. But i was extremely careful only to hit the Apts. I did however burn one of my shrooms alittle but there's a ton of them.

Mushrooms are pretty hardy anyway, it will survive !

I superglued a single apt in the middle of the Zoo's. Just irritate it till its all
shriveled up, put a drop of glue on it , dip it in some tank water then let it air
dry a couple of minnutes and never had one come back.

I have injected lemon juice when they are in the middle of zoo's and the zoo's right next too it always open back up in a day or two and the aptasia is gone. It will take one or two injections to get it.
