Noticed this very tiny hitchhiker. Based on the appearance of the base I don’t think it’s aiptasia but not sure. Looks kinda like a feather duster

Do you have another picture? I can't really see anything from this image.
Not working with the best camera here so trying my best. It’s real small

I see spirobid worms which feed on algae and tube worms which emit fans to capture food

I see it now, definitely not aiptasia. I could be a tube worm, I've have them in my tanks in the past and left them alone. Small creatures that are cool to look at and watch them do their thing.
The other little white spots on the rocks are spirobid worms.

Cool thanks! Upon further inspection I am diving into a rabbit hole of new inhabitants. Any idea what these two are? Lmk if video doesn’t work. First pic I am really unsure of, it’s a live rock so maybe just glue from before but it’s oddly shaped. The video is a twirling brown worm like thing on the rock. Could be just algae but idk

Also noticed a clear small creature crawling out from the rocks after I turned the light back on. I’m assuming it was a copepod but can’t get a pic as they’re gone now.

The first pic is almost certainly a sponge; I’m on my phone, so I can’t see the video.

The creature in the picture is a trochus snail. Video didn't load.
Not the trochus snail, the clear thing above it. Not sure if that was glue from before or something else, but rather oddly shaped. Also switched the video to mp4 format, should open. I’ve noticed IOS has issues opening it though

Possibly Tunicates, they are filter feeders and are harmless.

Here's a link to another thread that discusses Common Hitchhikers in reef tanks that also has multiple pictures per creature.

Common Hitchhikers
Thanks, l overlooked a few on this list when I was looking earlier. Was definitely was a copepod I saw earlier that crawled out. Still unsure about what’s in the video I sent but could just be algae I guess.
