Aptasia growing on my sunny D?

So I just noticed a strange growth on the base of one if my sunny D palys and was wondering if it was aptasia or not??

It's all white but don't see anything frilly on the end like a nem

If it is a pineapple sponge it's nothing to worry about.

Honestly very hard to tell what we are looking for in the pictures. The little white thing at the base? That looks like a pineapple sponge, but hard to tell exactly. I've never really seen pineapple sponges grow that close to corals, but I suppose it's possible. If it is, it is harmless.

You can use a toothpick and remove it.
