Could be aiptaisia or majano.
I brought one with a new frag; I just ripped off what I could and glued it in with super glue (poured over the place it was in), and didn't have new ones since. Be careful not to damage it while still in the tank and rinse the frag well in separate container to get rid of any eventual spores if you go with this method.
