Aptasia issues

Hi I’ve Aptasia issues... I’m afraid it might spread more.. i killed 2-3 aptasia last week with wand.. today I noticed it’s grown back in same place and few more in another areas... what is the best way to kill it? Some place the wand is hard to reach.... I want to get it stopped before it spreads more in another areas... TIA
