Aptasia or new Xenia polyps

I’m new to reefing and I added a Xenia about a week ago today I noticed something that looked like aptasia at the base of it and wasn’t sure if it was new growth or aptasia also tank is about three months old and started getting this green algae any info is it good or bad if so what should I do thank u

Yep aptasia, kill it, kill it now before it spreads. Lime water, Kalk paste. whatever you have.

How do I use the lime water

Inject it with a syringe. I personally have always use kalk paste. its cheap and readily on hand at home. i just coat it with kalk paste and they melt away.
