There is nothing that I can see in my display tank, but my refugium is having a massive aptaisia outbreak. Hundreds of them growing everywhere even on the macros that I have in there.

is there anything I can do to wipe them all out without pulling the refugium and starting over?

id at the very least empty out the refugium to make sure they don't spread to the DT and if you don't want to kill everything in the refugium just move it to a separate tank to treat.

How would you treat it? You would want a 100% guarantee that no spores are left after the "treatment" or they will just grow back.
I have so many they have stripped my water of nutrients and I can't seem to raise them. More food = more aiptasia. I just hope my Berghia are somewhere unseen starting to work their magic.

isolate it for and constantly kill everyone that you see until you have a full 2-3 weeks without one popping up. also adding peppermint shrimp to both the QT and the DT.

I also had an aptasia outbreak in my 100 gallon display. I added 3 peppermint shrimp a month ago and hundreds are down to a handful.
