Found 3 of these on my new Sunkist I paid 75 for. Is it aptasia? It looks like it but I never seen them or up close. Good thing I just bought a magnifying glass today. Noticed them asap. When touched the long part moves like a worm. They SUPER small. Like the size 1/2 mm. Please help before I add this coral because I don't have any dips.

Need pics and you can scape it off
There they are. Sorry about that.

Looks more like a feather duster
Looks like it to me too. I didn't think so until I saw the tail move like it does. Is there any way to be sure. I would like to keep them if they're feather duster but obviously want them gone if they're aptasia.

aiptasia would scrunch up into a little ball if you were to irritate them, as would a lot of the other anemones. what you have there are tiny featherdusters. prob won't survive anyways

I had a super small one that hitchhiked on another coral. Living so far. Thanks for helping!
