So guys what eats aptasia and bubble algae. I'm starting to see the aptasia grow and spread. Last month just one now I found the mother !! And a bunch of small ones

If you have just a few, I had an awesome experience with Aiptasia X. If you have a lot I've seen and known people who have used the extremely strong lasers to "zap" them away. Of course make sure not to hit your corals... or your fish friends!:nerd:

Never heard a problem between the two, but thats me.

And nope, I had a mother of aiptasia under my WWC Blue Sherbert chalice and everything was perfect! Never seen a negative review about hurting corals.

The best part is, I haven't had any aiptasia in 9 months :]

Redsea Aiptasia X and pepperment shrimp have worked well for me.

I had aptasia when I first set my tank up, I took the measure of removing the rock chipping and digging around that section then returned the rock and never had a return issue. Hope you get ride of it.

Peppermint Shimp for Aiptasia. Filefish, Copperbanded Butterfly
Emerald Crabs for Bubble Algae

I do not have a ton of coral in my tank. However, all the sps, blue hornets and torch he doesn't bother.

I watched a video on YouTube where he used a 3 watt laser, and it was cool watching a aiptasia being smoked and melted away. Payback's are HELL you danged little monsters ! Lol

I just superglue them down. Theyll die off inside and then I pick off the superglue maybe like a week or two later or whenever I feel like it lol
