Theyre colonial hydroids and your best recourse is to remove rock into a container of tank water and snip these off at bottom of stems and then scrub rock with a firm toothbrush Or automotive detail brush and return to tank to rid of other algaes on the rock.Combining my tanks together and found these on two of the rocks…

Lower amount fed or coral foods which is how they were being fed to begin with
