How do I get these out of the middle if this zoa colony I hot form Liveaquia? I don't want to hurt the zoa's.

there are numerous ways.

Lemon Juice in a small syringe inject into them
Aiptasia X
F-Aiptasia (Used before and work great)
Remove rock from tank, break off a little chunk of rock directly below the Aiptasia.

I would also call LA and let them know you asked for a zoa rock, not an Aiptasia infested rock.

Thanks! I have some Aiptasia X but was not sure if it would hurt the Zoa's if I happened to get some on them.

I am not sure if it would or not. I have never used it. Usually I do lemon juice via syringe, or pick up some peppermint shrimp (true peeppermint shrimp and not camels) put them in a small tub with the aiptasia and an air stone. Takes a few days, but so far if they are not fed, they will always eat the stuff. Although it may just be where I get the shrimp too lol.

Either way, I think you can do Aiptasia X via a syringe as well. If you are going to do it, be sure to turn all flow off, this will help if you miss.

I would not inject anything being so close to the zoa colony UNLESS. .. you are assured you can reach the core of the aptasia and safely inject lemon juice or Kalk powder mixed into a paste like substance (which is pretty much what aptasiaX is.
OR. . . get yourself a Kleini Butterfly which I have two with coral. They will pick and remove all aptasia from tank quickly and wen they get rid of them, they will happily eat any and all food you drop into tank.

I’ve never had a problem with Aiptasia X hurting polyps surrounding aiptasia. Like mentioned, turn off flow for 20-30 minutes after you hit them.

Remove the rock from tank and scrape the aiptasia side ways with a sharp pointed knife, rinsing the rock at the same time under tap water in the sink. Keep your mouth shut, use goggles and gloves!!! Make sure you get all the anemones out of that rock and return it to the tank. Simple as that!!!!
Don't used that knife to cook anymore!!!
Clean everything really good. Sink, knife, hands!!
