Aptsia?

It does - coloration, shape of tentacles, and mouth appear to be aiptasia or some sort of glass anemone. Does it have a stalk or base? what did this come off of?

It seems to move on its own. I believe it has a stalk. Not sure where it came from. Found it poking out of the sand.

Looks like aptasia. Keep it simple with removal- Using a syringe or pipette, inject either lemon juice or better yet. . kalkwasser powder mixed with tank water into a paste the consistency of toothpaste and inject into the very center core and it will melt away

I took it out of the tank. It's in a small cup.
