What does “invalid privacy/accepted” message means for Aqamai setup. Just trying to set up an account for the App.

I don’t know but Hydor/Aqamai ceased trading and I have always been a bit concerned that the app might stop working at some point.

Supposedly they have been taken over but I have no idea of any timeline for re-introduction of any products or support for previous products.

I bought my 2 KPS pumps cheap, in the knowledge they might not be usable for long. So far, mine works fine (fingers crossed).

I have no idea if that has any relevance to your issue. I did have a little difficulty setting mine up to start with but nothing I recall about privacy settings.

Have you tried Hydor App? Not sure if we are talking about the same product or not

They stopped using the old aquamai app and changed it to the hydor app. Not sure whether you have done this? Make sure you go into settings and you have given permission to everything.

Yes tried the Hydor App. Their helpline has been disconnected.

So the latest, Marine and Reef (where I bought it from) is sending me a new one. Will keep all of you posted. Thanks!
