I have the smaller Aqamai powerhead and it will work for about 15 minutes and then stop. I cleaned it throughly but it’s still stopping. I’ve only had it for 6-8 months and I haven’t had a problem until now.

Sounds like a controller issue. I would contact the manufacturer, especially if it is still under warranty.

My Aqamai KPS went to blinking ''red light mode''. That means that rotor is blocked. Which is not the truth because pump is clean as the first day I put it in operation. It's 18 month old and I contacted manufacturer and they alowe me free replacement with new pump. Now I'm waiting reply from seller when he will sent me the new one.

Whats up with app couldn't log in so went and deleted app reloaded now its not allowing me to log in or crate a new account. Used reset now heads off can't restart....@#$%^&* most likely something real simple and overthinking it. Have to find directions, went online site is down in fact website aqamai and all related to product.
