Aqdim3 app for Chinese bb not available in Appstore!!!!!

hello ,
I have a Chinese bb led which uses the aqdim3 app .. Well ive had problems with my phone , but now when i try and open the app iT says “ cant download app .. not available in Appstore “..??? So now I have no way of.controling the light ??
Ive looked on the interweb thing and cant find any info on this ..
is Anyone else having problems ??
Is there an alternatieve ??

Seems to be a common issue with these lights that I've read. @Jason mack, I'll do some digging for you and see if I find an answer.

P.S. I don't have these lights.

I’ve found the thread on here for it and posted there , apparently they are not a sponsor here anymore ....

Is there a QR scan code on the light fixture? I'm reading that you can't download the app anymore from the app store, but must scan the QR code on the light to download the app.

You might have to reach out to them directly.

Everything I've found points to the app being removed from the store. There was somewhat recently a purge of all apps that did not have 64-bit support. This one make have been purged as a result of that...

I just looked for the app in the Google store and it doesn't come up as an option.

I got it sorted ... luckly i had an old Samsung phone , you can still download the app on Android ... so now its all good again !!!!

Good to hear! Jason, is there way to back it up externally? Android you could save it to a file and download to a flash drive I would think.

Yep got my Son To do it for me , so its covered now !! So now finally i can adjust all my lights and fix the original problem which was having them stay on later so when i get home from work i can enjoy the blue lighting ... which ive missed cause i work evenings now !!!! Happy happy happy !!!

Can you ask him where and how he got the app? I have a galaxy tablet from around that time but it doesn't show up on the app store.

We can't find it anymore ...I've since upgraded my lights too kessils ..so I dont use it anymore I'm afraid ..

Uploading the APK to mega or here on the forums would be really nice! I could try to decompile the program and write a custom software.
