Aqdim3 app not working ??

hello ,
For some reason my app is not working and all it says is app not available in App Store anymore both in the US as well as Eu... anybody else had this ?? Is there an alternative?

Hi @jsker, no it doesn’t help ,once you scan the barcodes in it just goes too the AppStore where I get a message not available in App Store !!!

I’ve had he light for over a year now never had problems with the app not working before ..

I just saw the other thread you posted. This is crazy and I seem quite a few have had this issue?

Yes I’m stuck with a light I can’t control anymore , now I’m afraid if I turn it of too clean it I won’t be able too get it back working ... I have two more over my tank but they use a different app ...

Does anyone know a solution for the Aqdim3 app that has been removed in the app store. My lighting is still working but can not operate it anymore because the app has disappeared. It is still on my mobile but does not open anymore. Ka have to do with the update. Can you turn it off?

iPhone has removed all apps that aren't 64bit , this includes aqdim 3, I had the same ....my solution was I had an old android phone I downloaded it on that and managed too get it running.... that's the only solution I could find ..!!

Can you tell me how you downloaded and where did you find the application. Can you send it to me please ??

I had an old android phone , it hadn't had any system updates ...I downloaded it from the android app store ...

The only thing I can think of , is like I said my old phone had never had any system updates and that's why I could still download..

It's in Chinese but you can push the orange button to the right of the picture to download the APK.

That's the site the QR code on my light takes me to for Android, not sure about IOS.
