Aqua excel skimmers reviews needed!!

So i got this offer for this aqua excel skimmer which is rated for 105g. But i dont see any aqua excel skimmer reviews online. Anyone have the skimmer and have a review for them?

I've been using this one on a 75 gallon for about 6 months. It's a dc pump which makes it easy to dial in. There is a water level indicator as well which has been very accurate for the best performance. I really do like this skimmer and have not had any issues.

I am currently looking at the EC-40 for my 300 gallon. It Is that or the Eshopps S-30. I am thinking I will go with the Aqua Excel.

Thats the one im looking at. So it works good? How is it preforming?

It's been a great skimmer. Took about a week to break in & removes a good bit of dark skimmate. I'm using it on the second stage of my sump as the first stage is for one of the refugiums.

We do not control the tariffs, sorry. Over the next few months there is supposed to be a lot of price increases to many different brands. We tried to rectify the situation and you wouldn't even discuss it. We are a small shop and keep up with things as best we can. In 30+ years in business we have only seen something like this happen 2-3 times. Most people say it's a good thing we open the boxes before we ship them. When we checked it the collection cup and body were cracked. When we called the manufacturer to try to get one right out the tariffs had nearly doubled the prices. We tried to rectify the situation by discounting other skimmer brands and other future purchases and you wouldn't discuss it. We're Reef2Land - Our responses should have shown we're a very good shop, because we were responding and trying to make it right 24 hours a day with almost immediate responses. It's 11:02 pm on a Tuesday night and both me and Turner have been here since 8 am. Both of us are still on 5 different phone calls helping customers with tank issues on both coasts. We have been and always will be a shop people can trust and turn to. Once again, sorry this happened and we tried to rectify it.

But to answer the OP question we only know about and carry the EC series Aqua Excel Skimmers (blue and orange). We sell a ton of them and have never seen a single complaint.

Hi, I have been trying to find any information on my A.E. skimmer. Without going and finding the exact model #, it looks exactly like yours. It keeps turning itself off and giving a code of P00. Do you have any idea what this code means- or, why it just turns itself off?
Any help or ideas/resources would be greatly appreciated.

whats the name of the app used to control the skimmer? Googled it and went to the site. See pictures of the app but can't find a link to it
