Aqua Forest Stone Fix with Wet Rock?

My question is can I used AF Stone Fix on wet rocks? I’ve had my rock in water and cycled and loaded with beneficial bacteria but I’d like to build them all together with Stone Fix. Is this possible or does stone fix need to be dry to cure?

That's a good question. Every time I've seen it and similar products used it's been on dry rock and let stand to completely cure.

Yeah would kind of suck to kill the rock to build it up haha. But if need be then so be it
