Aqua fx rodi auto shut off problem

Hello everyone. Installed aqua fx barracuda rodi 150 in my home... tds is perfect however when the 40 gallon storage bin is full the float valve shuts of water to storage but waste water continues to run and the psi meter goes crazy sputtering back and forth between 60 and zero... i have been running it at 60 psi when filling but curious as to what psi I should be running and why waste water doesn’t stop. Any help is appreciated! Thanks guys and gals

Yep and a flow anti siphon . Hen first installed realized I just put in the float so got the auto shut off valve and anti siphon valve but waste water is not shutting off

Not sure if there is a defect but it is hooked up correctly. I am wondering if the problem is that the location it is in, it is connected to a hammer arrest valve. It is where the wash machine plugs in as well. I am wondering if the hammer arrest is causing for the loss in pressure.

I do not see how that would affect the operation of your RODI system.

It's just weird that the float valve lifts up and shuts off the 3 filter chambers fill all the way up and then the pressure switch starts bouncing between zero and 80 back and forth. Going to look into again next week and check all the connections... Thanks!
