Aqua Gadget DC powerhead box not working properly?

I have a lil' aqua gadget powerhead, and the box is not recognizing going into "sleep/feed" mode, and the other "hold down the button/green light" actions. Anybody have any ideas?

I got it, I had it "LOCKED" without knowing it....yes, I am a total pro.
