first time member, never been an active member in any club. I hav a 75g salt tank for about 5 yrs, really enjoy it. I'm about to upgrade to a 135g waterbox in two months. I Wanna learn how to really take care of corals. So here's my first question.
Is there scientific analysts/proof on wut causes corals to recede?, (especially wen it happen quickly)From greater to least cause for this problem? I would like some Real info.

There are a few reason for RTN. Parameter levels, lighting, or lack of nutrients and some of the main reasons that come to mind.

Nitrates and a trace of phosphates, depending on what you feed. Liquid foods are a good source of nutrients beside frozen. I also use vitamin C in my system to help with general system health.

There are books, but there's also ... here.

I've found this to be one of the best places for learning front-line reefing techniques and understandings. Books can go more in-depth, but by the time they're published, they're already beginning to show their age, in today's world.
