Aqua Medic ATO not working

I’ve had this system for over a year and a couple days ago my ATO stopped working. It’s plugged in, water in the bucket and all cables connected but it won’t top off the tank. What’s wrong with it?

Is it the float switch version or the optical sensor version? I would start by checking your switches and sensors. If the switches are caked up with salt creep or the optical sensors have algae growth on them it may not trigger the pump to kick on. Hope this helps

It’s the optical eye one, I’ll clean it up and see if that helps!! Thank you very much!!

So after a good cleaning, I am happy to say my ATO is working again properly! Thank you so much for your help!
